Air Medical Accident September 27, 2008

On September 27, a Maryland State Police Aérospatiale AS365 Dauphin II helicopter “Trooper 2” went down in a forested area of Prince George's County near Forestville, Maryland while transporting two traffic accident victims. All on board perished except one of the patients. Tonya Mallard was member of the Waldorf Rescue Squad ground crew who joined the flight at the accident scene.
