February 5, 2010, Southwest Med Evac Eurocopter AS350 Astar helicopter, Fort Bliss, Texas [Submit Corrections/Additions][Submit image] In Memoriam:John Sutter & Anthony Archuleta, Blue skies and tailwinds gentlemen. Godspeed you on your journey. Were you only to know the hole you left and how much each of you is missed. More than a year later, I think about you both every day I go to work.. - Brian Geric To John Sutter Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and remember the times we spent together. I remember most the glowing smile that never left your face, the meticulousness of your appearance, and the strength of your hand shake. I am thankful for and cherish every memory we shared. Every time I'm faced with a difficult decision, I ask myself the same question, "What would John do?" Though it has been almost 2 years, that question has never failed me. I follow as best I can in your footsteps and live everyday hoping that I can live up to the expectations you left behind. The void you left will never be filled. Watch over us from above, brother, as we fulfill our callings here on Earth. We miss you so much. By the way, your son is beautiful. I wish so much that you could have met him, but I know you're watching over him and Stephanie just as much as you watch over the rest of us. Til we meet again, Doctor. We'll love you and miss you always. - Eric Palma |
